The Penguin Metaphor

penguin-falling

Depression in a picture.

You go along during the day and everything is fine.

You fall flat on your face at night.

The next morning you wake up and maybe it’s not so bad after all. You feel silly, like you overreacted. So you shake your head and get on with life.

Then you start all over again.
